If your items arrive damaged, broken, or you get the wrong item from what you ordered, we will accept returns in most cases. Simply contact us at email@example.com with a brief description of your product's issue. If damaged, please also send images of the item you received. We will issue a ticket on all inquiries, and replace any damaged items.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
All items in the United States are shipped directly from our printer. Metal prints and canvas prints to international customers are sent through a third-party, so additional shipping rates are applied as well as a longer ship time.
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days, and you will be provided with tracking information once it is available.
