THE FAN ART FEATURED IN OUR STORE IS STRICTLY FAN ART.  THESE ARE NOT LICENSED PRODUCTS.  THE ARTISTS AND TWINRAYJ STUDIOS, LLC HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OVER THE CHARACTERS OR SHOWS DEPICTED IN THESE WORKS.

 

FAQ

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, although metal and canvas prints are shipped through a third party for international customers..  All other products will ship directly to your adress from our printer, anywhere in the world.

Can I get a custom piece of art?

Absolutely! We have a custom works form available.  Just fill out the details of what you want, and one of our talented artists would be happy to work with you.  These can include (but not limited to), memorial pieces of a lost loved one, custom designs, logos, etc.  Let us know what you need, what type of product you wish to have it appear on, and we will quote you a price.  If you want a specific artist, please also specify this in your request form.

What is your return policy?

If you receive your order damaged, we will ask for you to send us pictures of the damaged goods along with your order number and name of the purchaser.  If we find your order has been damaged in shipping we will replace it.  If you receive the wrong item, we would ask you to return the item to us, and we will gladly send you the correct item.

Can I pay by check or COD?

Unfortunately, no.  At his time, we only accept payments via credit/debit card.

How long does your shipping take?

We process all orders through our printers.  Most products ship within 3-5 business days.  However, we do deal with a printer in China, which can take up to 3 weeks to arrive to a US destination.  Due to this, these items are not charged a shipping fee.

I see an image on a product in your store that I want on a product you sell that does not have that image on it.  Can I get it on the product I want?

In most cases, yes.  Depending on the product type and image, we are usually able to put our images on any items we sell.  However, due to some product image requirements, the image may need to be cropped to fit.  Just submit a request through our "Contact Us" page, and we will let you know if we can transfer the image to a different product.
